Book Return Policy:

NSBA will issue refunds for the purchase price and applicable taxes for any items purchased from the online bookstore. Items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition within 30-days after the delivery date. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be returned unopened. Once we have received the item, we will access it to make sure it is in the condition required by this policy. If it meets the condition requirements for return, we will issue a refund to the credit or debit card that was used for the purchase. We will not refund shipping costs.
